 A retired high school English teacher relocates to a small New England town after the death of her wife, but in her quest to fit in instead finds herself in unexpected encounters with neighbors, nature, and the paranormal.

Enid

  

Enid is a bisexual woman in her mid-60s who has never in her life felt like she fit in where she was. Now that she is grieving the death of her wife after 30 years together she moves to a place she always felt she belongs.

The Cape

The Outer Cape is a setting that is real and unreal at once. That’s grit-cold windy and plain as baked codfish, and at the same time misted with tales and legends. The light is justly famous, but there’s fog too, and plenty of it.
